We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check and Cash
National Link is responsible for the ATM fees. Maxine’s Salon & Spa is not responsible any charges.

Price and Service may be subject to change

All individuals under the age of 18 receiving services must be accompanied by an adult, who assumes full responsibility for the minor.

The consumption of or purchase of alcoholic beverages is strictly limited to those 21 and over.

 

Refunds
No cash refunds on retail products. Maxine’s credit may be issued. All credits are only applied if purchased with in 30 days. Discounted or damaged retail items are not refundable. No cash refunds on services. Customer satisfaction is important to Maxine’s.  Please notify us within 7 days f your service needs further attention. Depending on the services required, there may be service or product charges.

Gift Certificate
Not redeemable for cash. Service specific cards only redeemable for that service.

Featured Special Gift Certificate
Featured Special Gift Certificates may only be used towards regular priced service and only one per visit. Offers cannot be combined with any other discount or use to purchase another gift certificate. Featured Special cards must be presented at the time of redemption.

Girl’s Night Out Gift Certificate
Must be reloaded on the third visit, (last service) for discounted rate to apply. One card per person, per service. ALL GNO cards are being re-loaded as packages.

Packages
Must be reloaded on the third visit to honor same pricing. Promotion good for one year. Cannot extend the expiration date. If package expires, the dollar amount stays active according to the florida laws. CANNOT share packages with other clients. Each client must have a package in their own name.

Coupons and Discounts
Offer cannot be combined with any other coupons, packages, discounted services or gift cards.

Cancellation Policy
Services are reserved especially for you. We ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we may attempt to fill the open appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel within the 24 hours, you may be charged for the services.  For no show appointments, there will be a full charge for the service.
